Demonstrations/Events

All tickets for demonstrations/events must be bought and paid for in advance.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for tickets to demos/events after purchased so please try make sure you can definitely make the event prior to purchase as we limit tickets available due to seating arrangements.

Online – Tickets for demos/events can be purchased online
Facebook – Tickets for demos/events can be purchased via facebook enquiry
Venue – Tickets can be purchased directly from the venues IF STATED

Workshops/Classes

Pre-booked workshops/classes must be paid for in advance.
Early cancellations – A full refund will be given if you cancel 7 days before the workshop/class is due to start, this refund will be added back to your bank or paypal account.
Late Cancellations – Any cancellations made after this time (within 7 days of the workshop/class starting) will not be refunded.

All refunds will be sent back to your bank or paypal account.

1-2-1 Private Readings

Pre-booked 1-2-1 readings must be paid in advance.
Early cancellations – Should you not be able to attend your arranged 1-2-1 reading and you notify us 7 days or longer prior to the agreed date then we will re arrange your reading to another suitable date.
Late cancellations – Any cancellations made after this time (7 days or longer) we may re arrange your booking under special circumstances however if not special circumstances are given for us to assess then unfortunately your booking and deposit will be lost.
