You, Me & eNRGY was formed in 2021 by Rebecca & Natalie.
Rebecca & Natalie have been friends that long they are like family and due to a tragic accident in 2019 and losing someone extremely important, these events led them to go to a local spiritualist church. From there they realised they had an immense need to help and heal because of their tragic loss – they wanted to become Reiki Healing Therapy specialists to help other people.
They also developed had a keen interest in spirituality and mediumship so they began developing their individual talents and desire to want to help people and progress into a life of spirituality.
In 2021 they decided they were able to help and reach out to more people and formed the business to be able to create a safe space for anyone that needed it, sharing love, hope and positive energy wherever they go. They studied and qualified in their relevant fields to be able to follow the path they both desired.
They are both Reiki Healing Therapy Specialists for humans and animals and also training counsellors.

Rebecca
Rebecca is a qualified Reiki Healing Therapy practitioner, crystal healing practitioner, practicing wellness and holistic coach, training counsellor, tarot reader and a medium.
Alongside Natalie is responsible for the overall running, structure and organizing of the business and its events.
She is responsible for making the handmade crystal healing jewellery and other items we offer for sale.
She is taking her Reiki Masters this year.H
Natalie
